Luban Lock

A classic puzzle toy built with Chinese jointing technique which, instead of gluing or nailing, it locks the pieces by cutting corresponding joints and grooves.

I sketched and set the dimensions with CAD and used band saw, hand saw, chisel, sandpaper, and rotary tool to build these 5 Luban locks. I wasn’t able to get proper materials (scrap wood again), so they are quite small, resulting in imprecise cuts. Some of them are a bit loose.
